Refund & Cancellation Policy

fetchbean is operated by Tinkerers Labs, Bengaluru, India. This policy covers credits bought for the fetchbean API. Questions: hi@fetchbean.com.

Prepaid credits

fetchbean runs on prepaid credits. Purchased credits are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

You only pay for successful calls

Each API call reserves an estimated maximum and then settles the actual cost. Provider failures and timeouts are billed at zero, and your spend can never exceed your balance, so you are not charged for calls that do not succeed.

Unused credits

Unused credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They stay available in your account for use with the service.

Cancellation

You can stop using the service or close your account at any time by emailing hi@fetchbean.com. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits, except where required by law.

Payments and disputes

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. For any billing question, email hi@fetchbean.com and we will work with you, and where applicable with our payment provider, to resolve it.
