Terms of Service

last updated 16 June 2026

These Terms govern your use of fetchbean, operated by Tinkerers Labs ("we", "us") of Bengaluru, India. By using fetchbean you agree to these Terms. Questions: hi@fetchbean.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. By using the service you confirm that you are.

The service

fetchbean is an API that lets your applications and AI agents call a curated set of web tools (such as web search, page reading, weather, and public profile lookups) and a generic run proxy, through one key, billed in prepaid credits.

Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for your account, your API keys, and all activity under them. Keep your keys secret, revoke any key at any time, and tell us at hi@fetchbean.com about any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful;
  • access or process data in violation of a third party's terms or applicable law;
  • disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the service, its rate or spend limits, or its security;
  • conduct high-volume abuse or resell raw access to others as your own without our agreement.

You must also comply with the terms of the underlying providers whose data you access through the service.

Credits and billing

The service is prepaid. You buy credits (1 credit = USD $0.0001) and calls are charged against your balance. A call reserves an estimated maximum, then settles the actual charge, and your spend can never exceed your balance. Provider failures and timeouts are billed at zero. Prices and credit costs may change with notice. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law (see our Refund Policy).

Third-party content

Tool results come from third-party providers and the public web. We pass them through (normalized for the curated tools) but do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, legality, or availability, and we are not responsible for third-party content or outages.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tinkerers Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected abuse, or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
